What we collect, and why
When you send a quote request we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email, the service and area you pick, and any project details. We also receive the page you sent it from and, if you used the estimator, the square footage and price range it showed you. We use this only to answer your request, schedule an estimate and do the job.
The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form service that passes your request to our email inbox. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site and whether our ads lead to real requests. These set cookies in your browser. They record things like pages viewed and whether a form was sent or a phone link tapped, never the contents of the form.
Embedded content
Where a page shows a video, its preview image loads from YouTube when the page opens, which shares your IP address and browser details with YouTube; the video player itself loads only when you press play. Those services have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
Quote requests stay in our inbox as long as we need them to answer you and keep normal business records for the job.
